Abstract
Republic 50 is a high-strength low-alloy structural steel recommended where high yield strength and toughness combined with good weldability and corrosion resistance are required. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive, shear, and bend strength as well as fracture toughness and fatigue. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: SA-205. Producer or source: Republic Steel Corporation.
