ENDURO S-1 is a chromium type stainless steel providing high strength, toughness and resistance to impact when heat treated. It shows resistance to wet and dry corrosion. It is recommended for steam turbine parts, valves, cutlery, pump components, etc. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness and creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: SS-185.
