AISI Type 501 is a low-chromium type corrosion steel that is used for its heat resistance and good mechanical properties at elevated temperatures as well as for its corrosion resistance at moderately elevated temperatures. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as creep.
