HAYNES# Alloy No. 25 is a wrought, high temperature, cobalt-base alloy that has exceptional mechanical properties at temperatures up to 1800 deg. F. in the fully annealed condition without subsequent aging. It is easy to fabricate because it has excellent ductility at room temperature. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness and creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Co-5. Producer or source: Haynes Stellite Company. Originally published September 1953, revised December 1961.
